Change of Mind Returns

Please choose your products carefully and review all product descriptions, sizing, measurements, colours, fabric information, dimensions and other relevant details before completing your purchase.

Have Fun Growing With Jesus does not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind. This includes circumstances where a customer selects the incorrect product, size, colour, design or quantity, no longer requires the product, or simply changes their mind after purchasing.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Fabric & Cut-to-Order Products

Please select fabric carefully and confirm the design, composition, quantity and dimensions required before placing your order.

Customers are encouraged to review the fabric composition and characteristics provided in the applicable product description and determine whether the selected fabric is appropriate for its intended use.

Fabric that has been cut to the length or quantity selected by the customer cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, including incorrect quantity or design selection or where the customer subsequently determines that the fabric is unsuitable for their intended project.

Pattern placement may vary depending on where fabric is cut from the overall print. Minor differences in colour, pattern positioning, scale or appearance may occur and are natural characteristics of printed and cut fabric and do not necessarily constitute a fault.

Clothing & Bedding

Please carefully review all applicable sizing charts, product measurements, fabric information, colours and bedding dimensions before purchasing.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted on clothing or bedding for change of mind, including where an incorrect size, colour, design or product has been selected by the customer.

Homeware

Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, intended use and care information before purchasing homeware products.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted on homeware products for change of mind or where the customer has selected an incorrect product, colour, design, size or dimension.

Books & Published Materials

Please select books and published materials carefully.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted on books or published materials for change of mind, including where a customer selects the incorrect title or no longer requires the product.

Sale & Clearance Products

Please choose sale and clearance products carefully. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not offered for on sale, clearance or final-sale products.

Natural variations in materials, textures, finishes, fabric characteristics and manufacturing may also occur and do not necessarily constitute a product fault.

Where artificial intelligence (AI), digital rendering, mock-ups, image editing or digitally enhanced imagery has been used for promotional or advertising purposes, minor visual differences may exist between promotional imagery and the physical product. This may include variations in style, shape, proportions, fabric print, pattern placement, colour, texture, scale or other visual details. Customers should refer to the applicable product listing, product photographs, fabric swatches, descriptions, measurements, dimensions, specifications and sizing information when making a purchasing decision.

Return Shipping

As change-of-mind returns are not accepted, customers should not return products without first contacting Have Fun Growing With Jesus.

Where we provide return instructions, customers should package products appropriately and follow the return instructions provided.

Refunds
